My story

My fascination with movement began at a very young age. I was a cheerful child who wanted to dance and skip rather than just walk.

Movement remained a constant theme in my life until, suddenly, everything came to a standstill.

My body knew what was needed but wasn’t given the chance to recover. I just kept going – in my head, with my expectations, caught up in the hustle and bustle of modern society.

And then my body sent a clear signal: burnout, physical and mental symptoms…

An invitation to turn inwards. I was given the chance to learn to listen to my body again.

Body therapy helped me recover.

Slowly but surely, I began to feel a sense of freedom in my mind, relaxation in my body and a connection with myself and others once again. Since then, self-care has become second nature.

And that is how I, Dragonfly Body Therapy, came into being. Drawing on my own experience, but above all on the tools I have acquired through years of study and practice, I want to help others get moving again.

Rediscovering your body’s natural movement through forms of therapy that genuinely help you to feel and listen to your body again – that’s what I stand for.

Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of people and have learned what works—and what doesn’t. I’ve learned that every body has its own rhythm and that healing cannot be rushed.

What if health is all about the presence of flow?
Energy flowing freely, deep breathing, body and mind in harmony with nature…

What if healing is all about restoring the connection between body, mind, soul and energy?

My method has developed and deepened naturally. Taking courses gave me knowledge and tools. My life has given me a different, deeper way of experiencing things and a gentler way of being.

I know what it feels like to be vulnerable. That is why my practice is not a place of judgement, but a place of slowing down, of letting go and of coming home.

Please feel welcome, even with everything you don’t know (yet)!
